The Covid pandemic saw more Americans than ever welcome pets to their families, and since then, record numbers of us have been enjoying the huge benefits that they bring; as well as companionship and peerless loyalty, pet families can enjoy lower cholesterol and blood pressure, reduced risk of heart attacks, and of course protection against loneliness.
But as the world returned to normal, a new epidemic emerged: the Pining Pet. For no matter how much we love our kitties and pups, the reality of work or school means many must spend time at home alone, and it’s here that a new service aims to help them!
Pet Pals, which launched in test markets on February 14th, is rolling out nationwide today and we couldn’t be more excited! Simply create a pet profile for your best friend, then swipe to match with local pups and kitties who share similar interests. Whether for casual companionship, meetups, or a more serious long term connection, there is a world of furry friends just waiting to be made.
Download PetPals here and get your swipe on! They don't call it puppy love* for nothing! 💘🐾🥰🐈🐩
*or kitty love, but that's not a song - yet. We are working on it! 🎼🎶
