I bought this collar for my petite Frenchie in a medium and the fit is perfect. Her neck is 14 inches so the small would not work. The colors and quality are some of the best I've seen and it is more lightweight than it looks. My Frenchie comes to me every time I put the collar back on her in the morning. I'm so glad I pulled the trigger. The bow pictured is also available at King Duke's but is sold separately.
